Jean Francis, the very dedicated, diligent, highly accurate editor of the quarterly ARSCSE newsletter retires.   Her years as editor were celebrated during a luncheon with 12 good friends.   Those in attendance were: Jean, Ann Magee, Wes Hofstad, Tom Iivari, Karl Langlois, Dave Lorenz, Bob Konke, Eleanor and Neil Bogner, Jane and Frank Resides and a friend of theirs.   Neil Bogner, ARSCSE Treasurer, presented Jean with a plaque.
The inscription on Jean's plaque reads:
