Mr. Gallacher was elected secretary/treasurer in 1984 and served in

Bob Smith receives ARSCSE Meritorious Award Bob's SCS career was in Illinois as an Engineer and as an Area Conservationist. He retired in Jan. 1986. Since then, he served ARSCSE as the Illinois representative and as the Midwest Vice President. Dale Benz (standing in picture) presents Bob with the award. Bob's wife Marylin is seated beside Bob.
